Terms of Service

Last updated: August 8, 2026

Draft — pending legal review

This document describes how the service actually works, but it has not yet been reviewed by counsel. Do not rely on it as a final agreement.

1. The service

AriaRoute is a hosted phone system operated by 5060 Solutions. We provide SIP registration, call routing, phone numbers, voicemail and the associated management tools. These terms govern your use of that service. By creating an account you accept them.

2. Accounts and trials

Plans are billed per user, per month, in advance. The 14-day trial requires no payment method; if you do not subscribe by the end of it, the account is suspended and then deleted. You may cancel at any time and service continues to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund partial months.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly at support@ariaroute.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Emergency calling — read this

VoIP emergency calling does not work the same way as a traditional phone line.

Emergency services are routed using the physical address you register for each extension. If that address is wrong, or you move a device without updating it, responders may be sent to the wrong place. You must keep registered addresses accurate.

Emergency calling will not work during a power cut, a loss of internet connectivity, or an outage of our service. You should maintain an alternative means of contacting emergency services.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

  • Place unlawful, fraudulent, harassing or deceptive calls, including spoofing caller ID to mislead the person you are calling.
  • Send unsolicited bulk calls or messages in breach of telemarketing law.
  • Resell the service as your own without a written agreement with us.
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits, or to disrupt the service for other customers.
  • Record calls where you do not have the consent the law requires.

"Unlimited domestic calling" on our plans means ordinary business use. Traffic patterns consistent with autodialling, call centres or wholesale termination are not ordinary business use, and we may move those accounts to metered rates or suspend them.

5. Numbers

Phone numbers are assigned to you for the duration of your subscription; you do not own them. You may port numbers away, and we will not obstruct a valid port-out request. If your account is closed for non-payment, numbers may be reclaimed after a grace period.

6. Availability

We aim for continuous availability and architect for redundancy, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Any specific availability commitment applies only where it is written into a signed agreement with you. See the service level page for what we currently commit to.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend an account for non-payment, for a breach of section 4, or where we are required to by law or by a carrier. Except where the breach is severe or we are legally compelled to act immediately, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

8. Liability

The service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the maximum extent permitted, our liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost business or other indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Changes and contact

We will give notice before changing these terms in a way that materially disadvantages you. Questions go to support@ariaroute.com.
